Still waiting for a call from Cooks Collision as the repair is not completely finished. A "clip" is needed to hold some wires up under my truck. The clip was broken during repair and I found the wires/drain lines hanging from under the truck. Cooks said they had to order the part. It has been approximately two weeks - maybe longer - and I haven't heard a word. Does it take this long? Probably not, so it will be upon me to contact Cooks to see if the part has come in yet.

Great service. My only suggestion would be to coordinate the text messages a little better. For example I got a text message that my vehicle would be ready in eight days but in reality it was one day away from completion. No big deal,and I was pleased to get it early. However I did try to make arrangements because I was going to be out of town eight days later when the original text told me that's when It would be ready.
