The supervisor in charge was kind, personable, extremely professional and wonderful to work with. The woman at the desk also helped me to understand very clearly what the process would be, was personable and professional and put me at ease. It's never a fun atmosphere when you've got a damaged car and have to pay money. Cook's made the experience not only bearable, but actually nice.

I've had other repair facilities in the past that I considered "favorites ", but Cook's is my new go-to body shop. We had some bad luck this last month and had two repairs done by Cook's.
