The receptionist at the front desk was really nice and personable. Took the time to ask me how I was doing and how our families Spring was. Very impressed with her organization and professionalism. Tiffany the one that gave me the original estimate was also very knowledgeable and nice, the fine bill was $1000 over the quoted estamite and she explained why and put my mind at ease. I would highly recomend Cooks collision and actually plan on bringing in our other car to get a few dings and have the hood repainted because of the excellent customer service I received. Thank you
