From my initial contact with the office staff, I was treated very well. The ladies in the office were very courteous. Merced checked my car and explained the procedures. He was very professional and polite. My car was done early as Jerry kept me updated with the status. When I picked up my car Jerry explained the work that was completed. He showed me the car and found one light out. He sent it back inside and they replaced the bulb. I am a very satisfied customer. The shuttle drivers were really nice and courteous. Thank You for having such great people at your business. They are awesome.

If one has the unfortunate experience of being in an accident, the whole team at Seidner's makes it all better. From beginning to end, I knew I chose the right place to take care of my baby. Almost makes it OK to have an accident in order to be pampered the way Seidner's did. LOVE LOVE LOVE the text message updates!!!!! That was brilliant! No need to call to find out the latest....truly genius! I would and will highly recommend Seidner's! It was a toss up of 3 places to pick from that AAA recommended...I am so grateful I chose THE BEST!
