I thought it was great that I kept getting updates on the work. We have used Jost many times over the years and have always been very happy with the workmanship and the helpfulness of the staff. Barry and Robin were especially helpful. I loved that Jost really cleaned the car inside and out. It hasn’t been that clean since it came out of the showroom.

I really appreciated being continuously updated on the status of my vehicle. This is the first time I have ever experienced this when having a vehicle serviced and to me it showed an extra level of customer care.
