My car was hit on two separate occasions and 2 areas needed to be repaired. One was a Geico claim, and the other out-of-pocket. The Geico ARX process was very convenient and went smoothly. They had my rental ready when I dropped my car off. For the out-of-pocket hit Mr. Coury gave me a nice break, and agreed to do the repair for less than the original estimate he quoted me. My car was completed in 2 days (earlier than promised), and looked good as new. I am very pleased with my experience this time, as with all the previous occasions I’ve used this shop over the years.
