My Jeep was not ready as told. We had to pay for a rental car far longer than needed because of this. When I went to drive my Jeep away, my steering wheel was unlatched. I did not expect my steering wheel to be unlatched. I do not unlatch my steering wheel and was very unhappy to be driving my jeep with the steering wheel being unlatched.
