I work for a nursing home where customer service is everything. But the customer service I received needs improvement. One representative treated me very poorly every time I came to the shop. Luckly, I was able to receive help from one representative who knew how to provide excellent customer service when I came to pick up my car. I was actually relieved that the other representative did not help me.

Excellent communication and service. However, the rental car checking was very disconcerting with no Enterprise agent there. I left an IPad in the rental which would have been caught if there had been a check in like you usually have with a rental.
