I've had my car repaired there twice, and both times experienced a superb level of service. The office staff coordinated the steps of the procedure cheerfully, helpfully and seamlessly. Both repairs were done beautifully and speedily. I really appreciate all your help, hard work and great results.

I have been using Courys for several, several years. I have never been talked to by anyone the way I was verbally abused by your employee Bill P. He WAS RUDE, CRUDE AND VERY VERBALLY DEMEANING, all because I questioned the 40% increase from est to final bill. This person needs to attend "ANGER MANAGEMENT" SESSIONS as well as "Customer First" classes. Had this been my first visit for repair work, I certainly would NEVER, NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP. Was told my truck would not be fixed until the 12th of June, but it is only the 4th of June when it was done! That is a plus. Only thing that has me thinking is that the tire still looks bent inward instead of straight. Not sure if it’s supposed to look that way. I would not care if I wasn’t driving it 50 plus miles per-day. It worries me.

I had my 2008 Porsche in for some paint items to be fixed. I paid for the rear left quarter panel to be fixed and painted. There was a previous scratch that was still there. It’s been clear coated over now and can’t even be touched up!! If I paid for that to be done it should have. Spoke to I guess a Forman and he said I am pretty much stuck with it. I am a little upset because it wasn’t fixed, and I paid for the whole thing to be painted. I had to take the car because I was leaving for work.
