This is the 3rd time I have used Courys. It's a bit out if my way but I find them courteous and prompt. I called last Tuesday , brought it right in for an estimate , I dropped it off over the weekend , it was done this Tuesday. They kept me informed on the progress and it was ready when they said. I originally called a local co near me but the woman on the phone had attitude and she never called me back. I'm glad... I don't think I would have been satisfied. I would highly recommend them

The body work was great!!! Your emails are complete BS!!! I got an email saying the car repair was complete & ready to pickup a whole week before I finally got it back. I also didn't appreciate being lead on several times between when the car was suppose to be completed (3/13) and when it was done (3/20). I understand you can run into problems, but don't tell me the car will be done and the last minute keep pushing the date back. I was told car was delayed until 3/18, than 3/20 mid-day. It was finally ready 4:30 PM on 3/20.It appears your email notification system is completely automated,feeding out false info about how the repair is going!!! Again, I am very happy with the repair to my vehicle. Tell the guys who worked on it THANKS A MILLION
