Geico person was very rude n did not get responses from geico or garage as promised, n the text that I did receivd I was told to ignore then as they are never right?!?!? Could never get an answer as when I could pick up vechicles. They had the car 11 days! Never had a car repair take this long of time.on thur the day before it was suppose to be done, she wouldn't give me an estimate on time , n was telling me that now it might be on Monday. She said she would call first thing in the am to give me a time. Guess what? No. Phone call in am as promised. At about 2 I got a call that it was now ready for pick up. Doubtful if I will keep geico. N for sure would never go back to ace, garage or deal with these people. Won't recommend them at all.
