Big thanks to Steven and the team for a job well done. I appreciated that Steven ensured the work was done properly and even went to the insurance agency for other repairs that were discovered. He also kept me informed on the process and my Mercedes looks and drives as good as new. Everyone there is so friendly, I will go to Cooks again and have my highest recommendation.

The inside section of my door handle was lying on the floor of my car on the drivers side when I picked the car up. The black strip on top of my car came loose while driving, making a whistling sound. Took me awhile to figure out what was making the noise.. Otherwise, the car looked nice both inside and out.
I'd like to have the check the loose piece on top of the car because not sure I secured it correctly. Thank you
