The automated system that communicates updates was not correct and no one could tell me when my car would be ready until it was done. I also had to go back to re work done.

There are several things about my experience that have made me dissatisfied. The main problem is from the start I asked for only OEM (Honda geinuine parts) & after much back and forth was finally promised all OEM parts, however that ended up not being the case and I still received aftermarket and salvage parts. I feel I was given the run around about other things too. I have my car back now as of today and am already noticing some problems/issues that I will need addressed.
