Noticed window tint is gouged and showed one of
the adjusters. He took a photo but I haven't heard
from him about replacement.

Trim around windshield fell off the way home. windshield is NOT a replacement for what was on there nor is it a Ford windshield. I was never given the option of choosing between an inferior off-brand windshield or a genuine Ford part. The windshield that was installed does not have the sunscreen strip that the original windshield had.
