Everyone was very helpful and made me feel like they were really there for me. At one point I had problems with the insurance company not wanting or believing that all the damage was their responsibility to fix. But collision pros talked to me and worked with the insurance company to get everything fixed. I really appreciate all their time and effort put in. I would definitely use them again, but hope I never need to.

I FEEL THE REPAIR WAS GOOD, BUT THE TWO ISSUES THAT CONCERNED ME WAS THAT IT WAS NOT PROPERLY DETAILED (THERE WAS OVERSPRAY ON THE DOOR GASKET AND SOME MASKED AREAS OF THE TWO TONE PAINT WAS ROUGH) AND THE LACK OF CARE WHEN ALLIGNING THE DOOR. THE DETAILING DID GET TAKEN CARE OF THOUGH THERE WAS STILL SANDING DUST ABOUT THE HINGES OF THE DOOR AREA. WHEN THE DOOR ALIGNMENT WAS DONE A METAL HAMMER OR DEVICE WAS USED TO POUND AGAINST THE UPPER HINGES TO SHIFT THE DOOR UPWARD WHICH CHIPPED THE FACTORY PAINT OFF THE HINGE. A RUBBER MALLET OR SIMILAR DEVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN USED TO PROTECT THE PAINTED SURFACE OF THE HINGE. I DID GET TOUCH UP PAINT TO COVER THE CHIPPED PAINT ON THE HINGE. YOUR EMPLOYEES VERY COURTEOUS.
