I am BEYOND satisfied with Excel Collision Center. This is my 2nd time using them and first off Alex Mendoza is so great to work with. Being in an accident is stressful enough and she takes everything off your shoulders and deals with everything from the insurance companies, rental cars, scheduling, updating all parties etc. all with a positive attitude. She is informative and keeps you in the loop every step of the way. My car was repaired in the amount of time she estimated and looks BETTER than before. They even detailed the outside and inside of my car, which was so refreshing to see after being in an accident. My Mazda dealership only recommends Excel and I can see why. This is why I came back for a second time ( not my fault of course). Hopefully I don't have any more accidents, but if I do I know Excel will go above and beyond as they have the last two times. I can't thank them enough! 5 stars across the board.
