I had never been in an accident before and Excel was the nearest collision center. I had no idea what to expect and was so disoriented. I am so grateful that Excel was the one closest, because everyone in the office made an effort to put me at ease, walk me through the process, and explain next steps. The entire time my car was worked on, I felt in the loop and that Excel cared about me and my car, which I don't know is the case everywhere. Customer service from Alex and the other staff members was stellar. They went out of there way to make sure we had a rental car that worked for us. Our car was more than just fixed when it was picked up. It had been washed and the carpets shampooed! Communication through our email, phone calls, and to the insurance company was great!
