There is a flaw in the paint on top of the trunk that I had not seen before. The rear bumper was installed and one of the rear sensors were installed crooked. While installing the bumper, the paint was chipped on the lower part of the trunk lid. The chip was touched up, but looks poorly done.

Your text messages confuse people. Talk to lady saying truck would be done at 4:30 in the afternoon. Said I could pick up in morning. Then in the morning get a text message saying you would call when it was done and ready for pick up. So I waited all day. Called at. 3:00pm asked about truck. Oh it's been done since yesterday.

Since I was not able to puck my vehicle up after the repair, I can only comment on the initial visit. I was very impressed with the friendliness, thoroughness - ie. knowledge of insurance company requirements, etc. and atmosphere. I was very impressed with the emails I received once the work was to commence. All in all, I would recommend Nagy's to anyone needing a collision repair service and should I ever need this service again ( hopefully not), I would definitely use Nagy's again.
