On time and well done. Chris went above and beyond noticing condensation in my head light. Upon learning that Nagy's had previously replaced it he offered to replace it as it us under warranty. He could have easily let it go unsaid.
This is the kind of attention to detail and honesty that will keep me coming back.

I was told my car would be ready on December 19th. I even received an email on December 14th with the information that my repairs were 56% complete and on track for the 19th and if there was a delay, I would be informed. Not receiving any other communication, I called on the 19th to discover that my parts had only just come in and the car would need to be painted. A new date of 12/28 was given. So I called today, 12/28, at 3:30 to ask about my car. I was told it was in assembly and wouldn't be ready until Wednesday, ****/2. Imagine my surprise when I received an email at 5:44 stating that my car was ready for pickup after you had closed for the night. Then imagine my astonishment when I was emailed at 5:49 confirming that I had picked up my car! Now I receive an email asking me how satisfied I am when I still don't have my vehicle and I don't know what the repairs look like. As of now, it may be the best repair ever but I am not satisfied or happy with the treatment I have received.
