Five Star Auto Body

When Geico suggested Five Star I was nervous because usually to larger/busier companies you are just a number. My first interaction when I walked in was the secretary Jennifer who’s warm inviting personality immediately made me feel a little better about being there. She helped me with everything I needed including a rental and never had a demeanor of being put out. That is hard to find people like this is customer service lately. Shane is the main contact I had with my estimate and repair. No matter how many times I called, emailed, or asked questions he never made me feel like I was a bother. This is important because they are handling a very stressful time in someone’s day. Also a very experience problem that makes it stressful. He was always reassuring, never sugarcoated it to just appease me, but made it bareable. Which is this case is exactly what needed to happen. I touch on the customer service first because in a business that’s your first impression. If you don’t have that then the repairs or your work can sometimes become overshadowed. My car when I wrecked looked really rough. I even thought there’s no way it’s going to look like it did. I should just start looking for a new one. The day I picked up my car from Five Star it did not look like it did before the wreck. It looked BETTER. It looks like it just came off the dealer lot and even better than the day I bought it. It was detailed I side and out. I was so ecstatic and impressed. Everyone that has seen my car ask “who did the repairs?”. Thank you for making my scary experience a great one.
