My experience with Jacks was great from start to finish. Upon entering, I had expected the usual greasy auto type shop. To my surprise, it was very inviting inside. The text messages that I received kept me in the loop during the entire process. The car looked great and it was honestly one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had.
