You just repaired the rear bumper on my kia optima. While it was in your shop getting the rear repaired I had you give me an estimate on my front bumper for an unrelated accident. After the rear completed I figured you could just keep my car and now repair the front, the insurance company already approved it. I was told to pick up my car since you could not do the front until mid September.
I am now looking for a shop.
I am disappointed that your shop could not keep the car and continue with the front. But all of your employees were very nice and friendly as was Cathy at enterprise.
