I've never seen an auto body repair shop like this. Place is immaculate and the staff was friendly, kept in touch with us and could not have been more helpful, kind and decent. I hope I never see them again but, if I need a repair, I'd travel 100 miles to use them.

From the time I was setup with Ultimate Collision II through USAA I felt rest assured that the service I needed was going to be the best. First Lynn greeted me and made me feel very comfortable with the knowledge she had to repair my car. Then every step of way I was called by Whitney with detailed updates, which was great! Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. I've never experienced this customer service provided, it's like none other! I even got to meet one of the mechanics (Jim) that worked on my car and ask him a question.
