I was told that it would be five days for the repair, the repair time was doubled. I had to initiate the calls to find out when my truck would be ready. It would not have been so frustrating if I was being advised of the delay and adjusted time. Also, I had to bring my truck back to the shop for minor alterations after it left the shop. The work done on my truck was outstanding, I was frustrated by the extended time to do the repair.
