Communication was a 10. That is very important. The fact that you deal with USAA directly took almost all the work out of my hands. I would have liked my suspension wrapped into the claim. But I would rather have an honest claim. I may love New Jersey but I don't like paying the high rates due to all the Fraud we are famous for. Kudos!!!
