I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience after pick up of the MINI today. As Joe, Nile and Sandra know, the body repairs somehow spurred malfunctions with the windows and sunroof, and my son and I needed to drive back to Harry’s from Malibu to drip off the car. I lost much of a day of work. I wish your quality control team would have discovered and addressed the problem prior to calling me and advising me to pick up the car. Sandra mentioned that she thought this window issue was perhaps a special setting for the car. Can’t imagine anyone would ever want this feature for their car. As noted, I am satisfied with the body work.
