The updates via text and voicemails were great. Having Enterprise in the same building was also great. If I have any constructive feedback, it would be with the scheduling system. My accident happened on Thur Nov 9th. I called in the claim to GEICO the same day. They sent me the link and Pavilkion was the closest location for this “VIP” service. That’s a quote. That’s what they told me. “VIP” since there’s an adjuster and rental car on site and their insured was clearly at fault. Friday was my cousin’s wedding and Saturday was my daughter’s 16th bday party. I didn’t want to drive my wrecked car to those 2 functions. The earliest I could schedule to bring my car using the online service was Wed Nov 15th after the wedding and bday party. I called to see if there was anything different we could do to get my car in. I was in a workshop all that next week at work from 8-5:30 and had to postpone my car drop off until Mon the 20th. During that time- I had no back driver’s side signal light and had to drive my car with hazards on.hazards on. It sucked. I also did not take my own car to my cousin’s wedding on the 10th or My daughter’s Sweet 16 on the 11th. Once my car got there- everything was awesome. Just seems like something could be done to allow me to drop off my car using “VIP” much earlier since it was clearly “at fault” and driving to special events with a beat up car is not ideal and driving with hazards is not safe. The repair guys did good work, text updates were great. No complaints for the actual service once I got my car there. Thank you!

First time car was not complete. There was a paint chip. I would have expected someone to check the car before they tried to return it to me incomplete. It was fixed the second time. However very inconvenient to go twice and have to work around that schedule

There was a new dent on the back of the car that wasn’t there when I took the picture during dropped off. The center refused to fix it and blamed it on the 2 difference phones that took the pictures the same day and didn’t see the dent. The technician claimed it was an old dent. Will discuss this with my attorney about this matter and will pass this story to many other people that I know about this repair center. Bad reputation
