Hello,
I brought my vehicle in for repairs earlier this week. I noticed the team at the time of drop off there was a distinct noise occurring that only started after the vehicle was in an accident. I was called yesterday to notify me the repairs were complete so I came in this morning to pick up the Jeep. I drove off and the care was still making the same noise. I returned the vehicle to learn the wheel bearings needed to be replaced. I am happy they are fixing the vehicle, but I'm not happy to have spent a couple of hours away from work for an issue that should have been addressed.
