we were told that car would be ready at 4pm on nov 6............i showed up and was told NO..........it might be available on nov 7...............i made a special trip to pick up the car...........it was not ready......that is crappy service........i might be able to come back monday or sometine next week........i am busy...........MY time is valuable.............can you deliver the car and take back my rental?
