I just really don't feel that I have a thorough understanding of what was done, how I was charged for it. I will need to find time to review all the paperwork; charge by charge and call with any questions. Got called on Friday at 4:30p.m. to pick vehicle up by 5 p.m. or not have it all weekend.

I was told my vehicle would not be ready until the next week. Therefore planned accordingly then I get a call the next day at 4:00 to arrive before 5:00. I work that was not possible then I had to deal with getting the rental pushed another day. There should be more planning and consideration of others schedules.
