Please improve the lack of communication amongst the customer and insurance company. Employee told me to return to get my car repaired before receiving confirmation of insurance to proceed to fix my vehicle. After my vehicle was repaired, an employee had told me that the insurance of the other party did not want to pay for the damages, creating a confrontation all because the first employee who had done the estimate did not follow proper procedures.
