Rafael Villalobos was very courteous and professional in getting the damage repaired on my Corolla. I had no place in my apartment complex for him to set up so I met him at a Safelite AutoGlass location and even though I arrived 20 minutes early, he was completely set up and ready to go when I arrived.
Rafael let me know what was needing to be done and gave me an estimate of 3 PM for the car to be done but it was done before 2 PM. When I went to pick up my car, he went over what was done and how to care for the repair itself and gave me some tips on how to better care for the car's finish in general.
I have had a very positive experience with AutoRestore and with the repair technician, Rafael Villalobos. I also would like to mention that Chad and James at your main office, who I spoke and emailed with to get the estimate and set up the repair, were great to deal with as well. This gave me an excellent first experience with AutoRestore and your parent company, Safelite AutoGlass.

Rudy was so wonderful in repairing my vehicle, and so efficient in doing so, and explaining everything to me. He also presented me with the packet of books: owner's manual, warranty and warranty guide, reference guide, Maintenance guide,PLUS the key fob which he founding the wheel well inside of my trunk; all of this I was unable to receive from the dealer when purchasing the Focus in 2009! (The salesman said they don't provide those with used vehicles.) So much for that dealer!!!! I am happy with the repair. Thank you.

Thank you very much, I was really impressed with your mobile repair van and set-up accomodations! Chad did a great job keeping the communication from first contact, to the quote, to hand off to the technicians (Rafael), and to job completion! Rafael and partner did a great job explaining the process of the repair. It was also great to see/meet the Autorestore and Safelite management team at the jobsite. The whole process was seamless! I do have a suggestion on the structure set-up. With this hot TX sun, I was a bit surprised that the set-up didn't come with a portable unit to push cool air into the tent structure. This weather is brutal! Overall this was definitely a positive service experience. Just the convenience of doing the services at the customers home is brilliant!!
