All work was not completed same day, I understand the light had to be special ordered. I found the light was incorrect, not the mechanics who worked on my vehicle. There were to many phone calls and emails for this simple repair, to much back and forth with several different people with USAA and the pinstripe paint should have been done the same day as the body paint. Also, I've never heard of having to wait 45-60 days to wash a vehicle after a paint job has been completed, this seems extreme. Most insurance companies work with one representative, contact is made, terms are established for payment or liability with other party, and then repairs are completed same day. Very simple of maybe 2 phone calls. Auto Restore did do a great job on the vehicle, paint looks good. USAA was continuously contacting me and stated they were going to close the claim after a certain time frame. The situation was that the responsible party or party at fault had not taken full responsibility for the damages to my vehicle. I refused to have any work done until that information was verified, it takes too much time and extra money to settle disputes in court. I would expect an insurance agent would understand this and allow for extra time or get in contact with the liable party before pursuing the claimant for repairs to be made to the vehicle. I'd already explained the car was operational and why I was waiting. I felt communication was not in place with the insurance representatives. I appreciate your help.

It went so smoothly. The gentlemen were friendly and very informative on what was going to be done,time frame,and any possible problems that were slim chance if happening. I am so happy with this experience and the outcome of the repair. Keep up the excellent work and superior workmanship.

He had called the night before to explain he might be a little later than originally scheduled, but he arrived pretty much on time - calling when he was about 10 minutes away. He was informative, personable and technically proficient - taking the time to answer all my questions and explaining the process thoroughly. All i have to say was the who experience was great. I didn't lose any time from work or the hassles of rental car taking several trips for estimates, nothing like that. The way you communicate from initial emails to phone calls to Anthony providing information on what he will do and what he has done was nothing but great. i wish all companies would do the same. Anthony was very personable and knowledgeable. he took the time to explain and show me what he was going to do. everything was on schedule. i've already recommended this service to my USAA friends as well as to my co-workers who saw my truck being worked on and asked me what was going on. people couldn't believe the work that had been done by a mobile unit. i'll always keep AutoRestore Mobile in mind. thank you for a very positive experience on a not so positive incident.
