Brad was extremely courteous in explaining the repairs and the cost estimates to me. For me they were a bit complicated. Brad carefully showed me the whys and hows.
As in the past I never hesitate to recommend Winks to friends.

After getting very unfortunately rear ended, you guys did a fantastic job restoring my bumper to new. I take such good care of my car so thank you very much for your work to fix it right. And I'm glad to have been kept up to date on the repair. And of course thanks for cleaning the outside, it was long overdue.
By the way the only other car repair I've ever had was a similar case years ago where someone hit my front bumper and dented it. The repair shop accidentally ordered a rear bumper and instead of admitting the mistake and apologizing they painted it and put it on the car replacing the rear bumper without a scratch on it. After they blamed me for the error I had to fight to have them do the front at no extra charge. Terrible experience, funny story now, but completely true.
Anyway the point is, thanks for replacing the correct bumper, you exceeded the expectations and while I hope to not be back, I'd be happy for you to work on either of my cars if I do need it again.
