I'm encountering a couple of problems now that I've driven the car for a day. My auto-down on the driver's window no longer works and the driver's window mount is not properly attached. I'll wait until I've had a few more days to observe and bring in for adjustments.

Even though I live in Norman, the Del City location did the work on my car...when I picked it up, I looked at the repair and it was great, but when I got home, I was wiping out the interior and notice there had been something spilled/sprayed on the panel between the windshield and front driver window. I immediately took it back to the Norman location, the guy looked it over and said they would call me when a new part came in and I’d have to bring it in again and have to leave it for the day, find a ride to and from the facility. I also showed him how one side of my key fob was coming off, not sure if they will do anything about that....it is an older one, but maybe workers too rough with it and now it’s completely off. It now first open the back door when the button is pushed. So this has been a mess! I appreciate them making it right with the panel, but it seems the Del City location wasn’t too careful. The repair was done, but doesn’t seem the workers were careful with the property of others. I’m pretty disappointed. KRISTI M

I am satisfied with the job. But the front desk lady was not friendly, both answering the phone and in person. They were involved in a joke talking instead of helping customer no matter how long the line is. I definitely will change a service provider next time.

The repair was promised to be ready on a Sat. The Saturday was on labor day weekend, and the store was closed and no one informed us. Therefore, we had to keep the rental car 2 days longer (at our expense), and when we came Monday, the car had been ready Friday but no one informed us, making the entire weekend an extra expense.
