My insurance paid yall almost $6000 for a front bumper and head light kit and yall put the wrong fog lights in and sent me home with a box yall said was my fog lights for someone else to put in that I have to pay for and it's not even a fog light kit smh. My car is in worse shape then when yall got it.. I will never let this place touch another car I own.

Estimated repair completion dates were sent to me with one date and the next day I was told the car was done 8 days early. I had budgeted to pay my deductible on the original date I was given. Because of the repairs being done early, there were issues with insurance check.
The speaker in one of the doors they replaced does not work and the back of the car has a shaking noise. I have to take it back now after having it less than 24 hours.

Time delays due to dams fed parts, was not notified half the time. I rearranged my sch multiple times to pick up the car but couldn’t. Collision works failed on communication with enterprise and so I recieved the bill after I was total collision works would cover it. It took 5 weeks for my back bumper to be fixed. The gi eco rep at collision works would not discuss depreciated value with me until repair were complete. ( I only owned my car for 5 days when I was rear ended)
