The text updates with the progress of my car was extremely helpful. Even though there was a last minute delay, it was explained well and I was reassured that it would be ready for my new time given. The front desk staff alongside the techs that take care of quotes, communication updates, and assessments are wonderful. They’re accommodating, pleasant with what can be very difficult and sometimes emotional situations related to accidents. The communication is timely and the rental service in-house is convenient as well as accommodating with finding comparable vehicles. Arsel was lovely and understanding as well as honest with damages/estimates/best options. Sadly it’s not the first time I’ve had to use Euro Collision and Joanna is never anything short of kind, and welcoming.
