No need to contact. I actually felt like most of this experience was the absolute best I've ever received -- great to have both Geico and Enterprise on site (I used both) and the communication was FAR better than anything I've ever experienced. I was just a little disappointed that the car wasn't quite ready when I picked it up -- all of the things I keep in my trunk storage (beneath the floor in my trunk) was sitting in my front passenger seat, and the carpet that lines the storage space wasn't installed. I had to point it out and have someone look for the carpet and have it installed. Once the issue was raised, it was addressed immediately and with professionalism.

Enterprise is stealing 24 dollars from me claiming that I did not return my rental tank full. I FILLED the car, COMPLETELY right before I arrived. I spoke with Andrew after he called to tell me this, thinking it would be corrected. It's not. I am livid. Never will I do business with Enterprise or Euro Collision again. Ever. Completely unsatisfied. It's a shame a couple of your employes have to ruin the name for two whole companies.
