When I arrived for my appointment no one seemed to know what I was there for even though I had come in 2 weeks before for an estimate. I didn't have to wait too long it was just annoying to have to explain everything all over again. Also, I was the claimant and no one knew that until I explained it. There was not a rental car ready even though I co firmed beforehand that I would need one. The whole thing was very disorganized.

If only all the businesses worked as Euro Collision! The staff is really friendly and helpful. The option of a rental car on the spot is very convenient. They sent updates on a car fix and stuck to the schedule. I would highly recommend Euro Collision!!
