The backup camera is not working after the bumper was replaced so the car must come back for repair.

The pick up date was pushed back 3 times. When I picked up my vehicle, I happened to check the trunk to realize my belongings were missing. Once it was brought to the attention of staff they found said belongings. There was a lack of updating on the status of the vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, cosmetically it looks great. However, it now has a rattle that was not there prior to bringing it in.
