Arsal was fabulous at keep me up to date on my car. He was very professional and helpful. My one suggestion would be to ask the customer ahead of time if they would like there old parts back. As I had my tire rim of my SUV replaced, and it is rather large and heavy...it was left in the back of my car. Had I been asked I would have said no I do not want the old rim back. It was a pain for me to move.
