Cargo mat wasn’t put back in car. Battery cover and tow hook was left uninstalled and both should have been inspected before shop called to tell me the car was finished. I am also coming back to have the shop adjust the exhaust as it’s hanging lower than pre collision

The team is very accommodating and professional, and the work is always good, but communication could have been better. I had to call a few times to get status updates rather than them reaching out. They went forward with repairs when I wish they would have checked with me first after getting the estimate.
But in any event, still very accommodating. I’ll be going back and I will recommend.
