I really liked the text messages of repair progress. I like the professionalism of the staff at south orange nj. They were informative and courteous.

The receptionist is very courteous and professional.
My car looks great and everybody went above and beyond, besides the repairs my car was cleaned. I was planning to wash my car after picking it up but I didn't have too it was washed and vacuumed.

There was great communication on the progress of the repair service. the car was clean and repaired properly. There was only 2 complaints. You did not accept all credit cards including Amex and the car was returned with the check engine light still on. The car should have been returned properly.

The repairs to my car were nicely done and there was no evidence of an accident once the repairs were made. The extra touch of washing the car was also very much appreciated. My wheels were actually cleaner than when I take my car to the car wash.
