Upon dropping off my car I had asked the shop representative to provide me with an estimate for repainting the front bumper (outside of the claim). I understood that this was outside the insurance claim. I was told I would receive the estimate momentarily but did not. I called the shop a few days later to remind the representative. Unfortunately he was not available at the time of my call. I asked the person I spoke to, to have him call me back. Unfortunately I did not revive a call back.
Finally, although the rear left of my car was repaired to my full satisfaction, the bumper now has minor scratches on the rear right, I imagine this happened during the disassembly.

I secured other estimates from auto shops for the work that had to be done. Modern Auto Body came out the highest amount for the repair. However I wanted the best quality work done so I chose to pay more money and selected Modern Auto Body. That says it all.
