This was my first Service at Hoffman and I did not receive clear directions on where to go when I booked the appointment as well as when I arrived. I got stuck in the service line it was difficult to get out of the garage. Staff was less than helpful give me directions to the body shop.
I am otherwise satisfied with the work completed and quick service.
