A lot of miscommunication and delays for what I considered an easy fix! I understand that everyone has a job to do and things don’t always go as planned, but I wasn’t satisfied with this experience! My first repair was awesome that’s why I returned for this one.

Excellent service for the most part. I did not like being told that my van would be ready early Thursday or late Wednesday. I drove to Alexandria to pick up and was not going to be ready until 5. I could not stay because I had to be st work. It made me make another trip to Alexandria from Jena. Other than that the kafirs in office were very friendly and helpful. Overall pleasant experience.

Please don't call me and say we might be done tonight but maybe tomorrow morning so I drive there in the morning and I'm told sometime in the afternoon! To be fair, y'all jumped through your butts to get it done asap, but I was teamed by my boss for not being at work and it was humiliating :( if I would have known it was not going to be done, I would have put in for a day off. I am in the military and in charge of quite a lot, so I cannot afford the time off that normal folks do :( I lead approx 265 folks. I work at a hospital. If I were running 4 hours late to my promised time in my business, I'd be answering to CNN. Just saying.
