It was by far the best overall experience with a body shop I have ever had. I had you guys fix a botched repair from another shop on my other Subaru a couple years ago, which I was impressed with, but this was the first time I had you guys handle body work from the beginning of the process. Mike was very helpful and informative. He was very willing to work with me on all questions I had. The free loaner vehicle was a huge load off of me with having to drive ****.5 hrs from my home. The thing that impressed me the most was Mike found an extremely good condition used headlight for my 2002 WRX, which would normally be hard to find, but since the light that was damaged was almost brand new, I was very picky about not having any differences between headlights. Mike ended up getting a factory replacement light without adding any cost to me (I even offered to cover the extra cost). That just shows how much you all focus on customer satisfaction, to take a loss on some profit. The finished repairs and paint on the car are a perfect match and Mike was very clear on explaining some outstanding issues the car has for the future if I ever get work done again. Even though I live in Manistee ****.5 hrs away, I will always bring my vehicles up to Sonny's for body work. Your shop is top notch!

The repair looks great and was done one day early. A staff member even stayed late as I could not get there until slightly after closing. Everyone at Sonny's was super polite. Good job everyone!
