There were paint bubbles on the bumper and the car wasn't cleaned very well.

While you guys were working on my car you not only told me 4 days max, and took almost a week, but you also tore a hole in my seat. When I asked to speak to a manager he took over 30 minutes to see me. Then it took him over 15 minutes to tell me ok we'll fix it. Never said listin sorry we messed up. I got to Rick case at 10:30 and finally left at 2:00 pm. I don't know about you but I belive this to be unacceptable.

Several issues
****) There is a missed area on the rear bumper re-paint which was clear-coated but missed for paint. I was required to pay and take possession of the vehicle and given no opportunity to inspect.
2) Inquired at check in and drop off of vehicle to get a quote to repair passenger side front quarter panel which has come loose from frame. Was promised a quote. I also emailed the staff contact that I was given at drop off of vehicle. No reply was received. No quote was provided. Here are your keys goodbye!
