My wife was actually stuck in traffic on her way to pick up our vehicle. She called, and let Travis know she'd be late.
When my wife arrived, Travis was extremely nice and helpful. My wife had three young kids with her, not to mention another on the way, and Travis didn't rush her along at all.
Travis went above and beyond, and stayed until nearly 6:00. A half an hour late, so we wouldn't have to make a return trip from Iowa City the next day.
This was our first interaction with McGrath, but it won't be our last. When it's time to buy new, we'll know where to go.
