The repairs look great, however, the rear bed cover was not replaced properly and required I leave the truck for another day. When arrived to pick up the vehicle the rear bed cover was still not properly installed. This caused me extra time and fuel expense as I had to make another trip in from Girdwood. A simple post inspection following the repair would have revealed the problem which took two attempts to properly adjust the slider.

The clerk who I dropped the car off to was very friendly and conversational. The service was fast as well. My car was fixed 2 days ahead of schedule which was very nice to say the least. The clerk who I met on the tail end was also very friendly and was not slacking with her work by any means. Service was quick and enjoyable.

My car had an estimated complete date that was extended by three days, this is fine except o was not notified of this change and went to pick it up and it obviously wasn't ready. They were then nice to deliver my car to me, however, they said it would be done are 4-430 and my car showed up around 7pm. They said my interior had been cleaned but there was dust all along the seats and oil coming out of all of the air ducts. The staff was very friendly and helpful but in the end this was not a satisfying experience.

Everything was awesome except that not all work requested was done. Sounded like it was communication breach between Pete and insurance company. However, I feel that I should have been contacted instead of having to deal with a second round of repairs. Just FYI, the girls running your office are incredible and a huge asset to your company!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car back to see it had been washed and cleaned outside and in. It was very much appreciated. The stuff on the inside was a little spotty over my wheel and doors like product had been left but other than that everything was great. Thanks for getting it done so quick :)
